How do I start playing?
Open Play now, let the game files load, and use the account options on the login screen. No separate launcher is required.
The game is taking a while to load.
The first visit downloads game files. Check your connection and let it finish. If loading stalls, refresh and try again.
I can’t connect to the server.
Refresh the client and try reconnecting. If the problem continues, check the news for maintenance updates. Our Discord support link will be added when it is ready.
Will my test progress be kept?
Test progress may be reset before launch. We’ll announce the launch plan in the news and Discord.
Where can I report a bug?
Use the Discord community once it opens. Include what happened, the steps to reproduce it and a screenshot if useful. Never post passwords or payment information.
Are donations and membership available?
Membership grants Members-world access. Contributions grant no gameplay rewards. Sign into My account to see checkout availability. See Membership for details.
