Open the client
Play now launches the game in your browser.
Let the game load
The first visit downloads game files. Give it time to finish.
Enter the world
Use the account options on the game’s login screen. Once you have a saved character, use My account to manage your contact details and password.
Choose your world
Open the world list on the game login screen. Runewend Free is open to everyone. Runewend Members requires an approved account or active membership; it shares your character, skills, bank and inventory with Free. Log out before switching worlds. Runewend Beta has separate test progress that may be reset.
Playing on your phone
Turn your phone sideways for the largest view. Tap Fullscreen in the game when available. On iPhone, open the game in Safari and use Share → Add to Home Screen to remove the browser toolbar. Use Screen help in the game for more tips.
